This Privacy Policy explains how BattleVerse ("we", "us", the "App") collects, uses, and protects your information. By creating an account and using the App, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information - when you sign up with email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In, we collect your email address and the username (BattleName) you choose. With Sign in with Apple you may choose to hide your email, in which case we receive Apple's private relay address.
Gameplay data - your wins, losses, draws, ranked streaks, leaderboard standing, chosen characters, and match history.
Purchase records - a record of in-app coin purchases. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive or store your card or payment details.
Diagnostic & usage data - crash reports and aggregated, non-identifying usage events used to keep the App stable and improve it.
Region - a coarse region (e.g. continent) used for regional leaderboards.

How we use your information

To create and operate your account and provide the game.
To run matchmaking, leaderboards, rankings, and your virtual coin balance.
To process in-app purchases and credit coins.
To diagnose crashes and improve performance and gameplay.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the App. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

Google Firebase - authentication, database, crash reporting, analytics, and push notifications.
Apple App Store / Google Play - processing in-app purchases.
Render - hosting our game server.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use advertising identifiers.

Data retention & deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the App. This removes your profile, username, coin balance, and match history. You may also email us to request deletion.

Children

BattleVerse is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
