Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BattleVerse (the "App"). By creating an account and using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use the App.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others or choose an offensive username.

Virtual coins

• Coins are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use a digital feature within the App. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Coins are a consumable digital good. Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable app store's policies.
• We may modify, manage, or discontinue coins or their pricing at any time.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Refund requests are handled by the relevant store.

Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, or interfere with the game's fairness or servers.
• Do not harass other players or use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.

Intellectual property

The App, its artwork, characters, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Character designs are original works inspired by public-domain world mythology. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other players or the service. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
