On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll send a reset link. If you signed up with Sign in with Apple or Google, use that same button to sign back in - there's no separate BattleVerse password to reset.
Coin purchases are processed by the App Store and usually credit within a few seconds. If they don't appear:
Everything is stored on your account, not your device. Just sign in with the same login (email, Apple, or Google) on the new phone and your coin balance, unlocked characters, rank, and match history will be right where you left them - nothing to restore.
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your profile, username, coin balance, and match history, and frees your BattleName for others. This cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Yes - open your Profile and edit your BattleName. Names are 3-20 characters, must be unique, and there's a short cooldown between changes. Please follow the community guidelines in our Terms of Service.
BattleVerse is reconnect-safe - reopen the app and you'll usually rejoin the match in progress. If a match can't be recovered, it's resolved fairly and your rank is protected from unfair losses. Persistent connection trouble is usually network-related; try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Email support@battleverserpg.com with a short description, your BattleName, your device model, and a screenshot if you have one. To report a player, include their BattleName and what happened.
Coins are a consumable digital good and purchases are generally final, except where required by law or by App Store policy. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. See our Terms of Service.
